Rick Williams

President and Chief Executive Officer

 

Rick has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of CLS since its inception. Prior to founding CLS, he held positions of responsibility within United Parcel Service, Roadway Package System (Now FedEx Ground), and TanData Corporation (Now ConnectShip, a UPS subsidiary).


Chris Allen

Vice President of Software Development & CTO

 

Chris is Vice President of Software Development & CTO of CLS. He was educated in Microprocessor Technology and Digital Electronics and is an MCSE. He currently attends Harvard University. Before beginning his career in logistics, Chris worked for an information security firm. Chris designed and prototyped ISA hardware encryption boards that implemented the Digital Encryption Standard (DES). He also wrote the core software libraries for these boards. Chris began his career in transportation and logistics in 1993 with TanData (who is now ConnectShip). In 1997, Chris left TanData to join CLS. Chris has architected and built our Distribution Management System (DMS) from the ground up utilizing his extensive field experience in integrating logistics systems.


Doug Popejoy

Vice President and COO

 

Doug is Vice President and COO of CLS. He attended the University of Tulsa. Doug’s career in transportation and logistics began with TanData Corporation in 1981. During his 17+ years with TanData, he held various management positions. Doug joined CLS in 1999.


Susan Anderson

Vice President, Planning and Implementation

 

Susan is Vice President of Planning and Implementation for CLS. An executive with over 20 years of management experience across several industries, Sue joined CLS in 1996.


Seth Roy

Director of Operations

 

Seth is Director of Operations of CLS.  He graduated Missouri State University with a degree in Statistics and Computer Science.  Over the course of his career in logistics systems, he has managed multi-national teams executing projects with emphasis on import and export trade compliance, warehouse management systems, and small parcel shipping solutions.  Seth uses his knowledge of SAP and RedPrairie DM+ solutions to deliver highly efficient InfoShip solutions to our customers.
