DMS Server Technology
DMS is a High performance .NET based service solution using compressed XML data messages between the clients and the server.  This enables good performance even over slower connections--such as 56K frame relays.  DMS utilizes TCP/IP sockets through I/O Completion ports (overlapped I/O).  DMS is designed to maximize multi-processor server solutions through a flexible scalable architecture.

DMS has the ability to rate and manifest 25,000 parcels per hour with a peak manifesting capability of 75,000 parcels per hour (Benchmark Hardware: 1 x 2.5 GHz server).

DMS is a self diagnosing and self correcting solution.  The server is designed to monitor itself, building histograms of performance over time, and using this data to isolate problem areas in performance before they become noticeable to end users.
