• E-mailing customers the exact shipment status;
• Faxing or e-mailing customer order cost and shipment information (including carrier URL);
• Accessibility to view approved shipping information by authorized employees by accessing simple links on the InfoShare intranet page;
• Accessibility to the InfoShare intranet page by authorized employees to enter information to affect what shipments are allowed in InfoShip, e.g., enter an Order Number or Customer Number to prevent InfoShip from shipping these shipments
