Routing Guides
Routing Guides provide the ability to:

• Compare rates for like services across carriers and choose the cheapest rate
• Compare LTL against small parcel CWT
• Determine cheapest service based on Time-in-Transit requirements within a given carrier or across carriers
  Define customer specific routing guides (i.e. customer XYZ wants under 100 lbs shipped Ground, 100 lbs and over shipped LTL)
• Provide tolerance percentages for preferred carrier services

Routing Guides can be further enhanced through Behavior Technology™

• Define time periods when active: week of the month, day of the week, time of the day
• Ability to modify behavior of routing guide real-time based on a given set of criteria

The security model is made up of Users, User Groups, Resource Groups, and Policies.  If Active Directory is used on the network, the Users and User Groups can be tied directly into Active Directory instead of maintaining two separate lists.
