Windows Service
InfoTrack is a program that runs as a background Windows Service process to ensure that your packages are tracked to their delivered or rejected status. InfoTrack can update host systems with delivery status information, including who signed for a package, when, and where. Exception reports and status indicators are available allowing customer service to be pro-active when carrier delivery commitments are missed.

Email Notifications
InfoTrack can send delivery status emails in text or HTML format and format can be based on customer number, Shipment, Package and Content level data can be included.  Customer freight charge and accessorial fees can be provided. Link with tracking number can be provided for tracking packages. InfoTrack allows for internal notification to sales or customer service that order has shipped.  InfoTrack can provide notification based on change of order type through InfoShare.
