Methodology
The typical InfoShip system is highly integrated with clients’ ERP, WMS, and other host systems. Very specific and often unique business rules are implemented to ensure clients’ business processes are followed. Due to these factors, generalized InfoShip user training may not be as relevant as desired or have the improved productivity impact our clients expect. Therefore, end user training is best provided at your site, using your test instance of InfoShip for training. CLS staff consults with you, and then the training is adapted specifically to your system’s functionality.

General InfoShip training is available at CLS Headquarters for our InfoShip clients. CLS doesn’t require you to come to canned training classes that cover material that is not useful to you. And, we don’t require you to attend classes on specific dates that might be inconvenient for you. We will consult with you to determine your training needs and convenient dates, and then mold the training for you.
